Idea
The main idea was to build a digital solution (mobile app) where the tool will ask users a set of questions related to the symptoms and then predict an ailment based on the analysis, search for the right type of specialized doctor and make appointments without leaving home and order medicines online.
This app also has a feature to generate prescriptions for patients and saves them for future reference.
Problem Statements
After COVID-19 hit the world, it was a high risk going to hospitals and pharmacies to get consulted and buy medicines respectively.
Patients want a physical appointment by advanced booking with the desired doctor and on desired date/time/address.
Patients may lose their medical prescriptions /records (mentioned on paper)
Users may need health tips and home remedies to ease their symptoms
Solutions
Provide an easy to use app that will help users to do a preliminary test based on their symptoms and take a video consultation with appropriate doctors
Provide an option to search for the nearest doctors and book a physical appointment at desired date and time
Provide 'Patient Record' feature that will have a record of all tests taken via DeepGenix and medical prescriptions provided by the doctor
Send health tips and home remedies notifications once a day and have blogs sections providing informative content
